At Steps Dance Center, we believe that competitive dance should be both inspiring and accessible — offering dancers the opportunity to grow through training, performance, and teamwork while maintaining balance in their lives. Our competitive programs are designed to meet dancers where they are in their journey, with three unique options that reflect a range of experience, commitment, and goals: the Steps Dance Company, Steps Dance Crew, and Steps Dance Team.
From dancers just beginning to explore competition, to those pursuing dance at a pre-professional level, we provide the structure, mentorship, and support needed for excellence at every step.
Steps Dance Company – Our pre-professional program for highly dedicated dancers seeking intensive training and extensive performance and competition opportunities throughout the season.
Steps Dance Crew – Our 2-day-a-week program designed as an intro to company life, perfect for dancers exploring the competitive world. Crew members perform at one convention, one competition, and a variety of local community events.
Steps Dance Team – Ideal for high school dancers who want to stay competitive while balancing school commitments. This team offers strong training, camaraderie, and performance opportunities with a flexible schedule.
