All students must abide by our Steps Dance Center dress code. Our dress code is in place for safety, professionalism, and for the optimal training of the dancer.
Hair must be pulled back neatly away from the face. Ballet classes must have their hair secured in a bun. No jewelry is permitted.

Females: Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes. Hair should be pulled into a neat bun. No exceptions.
Males: Black dance pants, white shirt, black shoe.
Pink leotard and pink tights are required. Dancers may also wear a pink skirt.
Boys may wear a white t-shirt with black shorts or pants.
Shoes: Pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes.
Black leotard and pink tights are required. Dancers may also wear a black skirt.

Shoes: Black jazz shoes, black tap shoes.
Leotards, shorts, jazz pants, leggings. Tight fitting tanks, half tops. No T-shirts or sweatpants. Hair must be pulled back neatly away from the face.
Comfortable clothing (sweats, basketball shorts, t-shirt, leggings). Clean sneakers (not to be worn outside).
Leotard, unitard, or fitted dance top and shorts. Bare feet.
