Dance Camps at Steps

Not at all. Our camps welcome everyone — current students, siblings of students, friends, and brand-new families. The dance portions are age-appropriate and introductory, designed so every camper can jump in and have fun regardless of experience.

Comfortable athletic wear they can move in, bare feet or clean indoor shoes, a water bottle, and a snack. Full-day campers also need a packed lunch. Hair pulled back is helpful but not required.

No — please pack a lunch for your full-day camper. We have a kitchen/break room where kids eat together, and there's a fridge available if you need to send cold items.

Every camp day blends several dance mini-sessions, group activities and games, a craft project the child takes home, and (for full-day campers) supervised lunch and quiet time. The exact mix varies by camp but the formula is always: move, create, play, repeat.

We strongly recommend registering in advance since spots are limited. Day-of registration is sometimes available if spots remain, but we can't guarantee it. Call us at (630) 499-5678 to check availability.

Absolutely — siblings are welcome, and we can usually keep them in the same age group when possible. Just register each child separately.
