Steps Dance Company Auditions

Our Bitty Babes Company is designed especially for our youngest dancers ages 3-5 to help build a strong foundation in dance while sparking a love for performance, teamwork, and confidence in a fun and encouraging environment. Dancers will perform at local events and compete three times throughout the season. Bitty Babes Company members will meet twice per week.

The Steps Dance Team is designed for high school dancers and is structured to accommodate the schedules and regulations of high school dance and cheer teams. Team members will compete two numbers/styles and attend three competitions throughout the season. Team members will meet two days per week.

The Steps Dance Crew offers a lower-commitment performance experience for dancers who enjoy being part of a team and love to perform. This is a wonderful option for dancers who are newer to the performance and competition experience. Crews will be offered for ages 3 and up. Members will compete twice during the season and perform at local events throughout the year. Crew members will meet two days per week, while Bitty Crew members (ages 3-5) will meet one day per week.

The Steps Dance Company is a competitive performance program for dancers seeking a higher level of training, growth, and performance opportunities. Company members receive pre-professional training from our in-house faculty as well as renowned guest choreographers throughout the season, while developing strong technical skills, artistry, and versatility in a supportive team environment. In addition to their dance training, students build valuable life skills such as teamwork, responsibility, commitment, and discipline both inside and outside the studio. Company dancers will compete five times during the regular season and will also have the option to attend Nationals. Company members will train approximately 2-5 days per week depending on the tracks and opportunities selected.
